Dog Walking-Drop in Services
M-F: same day cancellations or after 6 pm the previous day will be charged full rate (excluding emergencies or extreme weather conditions)
Weekends: weekend drop in visits require 3 days notice by 6 pm
Holidays: Any bookings that fall on one of our business holidays require 7 day cancellation
Late Bookings: Any same day booking requests or after 6 pm the day before will be attended to as promptly as possible with no guarantees + $5 up-charge
Any overnight services that do not fall under our business holidays require 7 day cancellation through the service calendar portal. Any cancellations less then 7 days will be charged 50% of entire overnight reservation. Any overnight services that fall on our business holidays require 10 days cancellation.
Business Holidays: Any cancellations that fall during our business holidays require 7 days cancellation notice through the service calendar portal.
Overnight Booking Requests 48 hrs or less are subject to an additional $20 up-charge
All clients are invoiced via email/text on the 1st of each month for the previous months services. Invoices are due within 7 days.
If payment is not received by due date a $10 late fee will be applied. Any unpaid invoices after 3 days late will not be able to receive services until paid. Excessive late payments are subject to termination of services.

$10 additional for walks/visits
$20 additional for overnights
*Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
*New Years Eve & New Years Day
*Thanksgiving Day & Day after Thanksgiving
*Gasparilla Parade Day: CLOSED (Last Saturday in January)
